Colm joined The People Group in 2003 having spent the previous six years helping to establish MBNA Bank (AvantCard) in Ireland, and leading their Business Development efforts. Over the past sixteen years Colm has concentrated on middle to senior level recruitment projects in Sales, Marketing and Commercial disciplines. He took the reins of The People Group as Managing Director in 2009 having successfully completed an MBO of the firm that year.

Colm holds a post graduate qualification in Marketing and is also a qualified Business, Executive & Personal coach. Outside of the day job he is a family man, lover of the sea and occasional motorcycle fanatic.

Having finished her MSc. in Applied Psychology from Trinity College, Emma’s first job took her to London where she worked for an IT & Tech Recruitment agency. After five years in London (and numerous calls with The People Group!) Emma made her return to Ireland to join the firm in 2017. Since joining, Emma has worked with candidates at all levels, from those seeking their first move, to senior more experienced hires and she equally loves helping businesses achieve their growth ambitions.

Sometimes, Emma takes off her recruitment hat and, on those days, she catches up with family and friends, finding some new brunch spot and the odd glass of champers!

Siobhán is a non-Executive Director of the People Group since 2009. She is an FCCA and has spent a number of years working for multinationals. She enjoys family life and is currently perfecting her golf swing.

Brian had a background in managerial roles in the recreation and leisure sector coupled with marketing & operation roles in the tourism sector, before commencing in the recruitment sector. As a coach Brian has a keen interest in people and looking to understand their motivations and drivers.

Brian has an innate ability to understand client cultures and plans for growth, and match them with candidate’s career ambitions to place people in their role of choice across a variety of industries. In his spare time, you'll find him on the side lines of a swimming pool coaching athletes at club national and international level.
