Specifications Sales Manager – Construction

This position will be primarily involve promoting the capabilities and product awareness to architects, contractors and other construction related businesses.

This position also involves:

• Develop strong relationships and forging lasting partnerships with customers.
• Provide high levels of technical support and specification packs to architects so that they have a clear understanding of the product specifications.
• Ensure the specifications are tracked from design through to installation.
• Develop CPD’s, associated paperwork and update on a regular basis.
• Contribute in the monthly sales meeting.
• Identify new business opportunities.

Experience:

• At least 3 years similar experience required in a technical specification sales position.
• Must have experience of specifying products into Architects, Engineers and Contractors.
• Have a construction related qualification.
• Must be highly ambitious, creative and enjoy problem solving.
• Experience working as part of a team to achieve key results.
• Good technical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 plus bonus
