Customer Service Manager

A leading light in the Travel sector, is seeking an experienced Customer services leader. This is an exciting role and brand which requires someone to lead the customer support team, and help enhance the service and communication area of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful management of customer complaints and services issues, including resolution management.
  • Manage customer support team broader influence of front line service and operational staff across the organisation.
  • Measuring customer perceptions and evaluations of service brand and service industry.
  • Monitoring of trends and delivery issues, and addressing the causes behind these issues.
  • Delivery of customer centric service across the organisation.

Experience:

  • Experience managing a front line customer facing service team.
  • Organizational and excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • 5 years work experience in a similar service orientated organisation.
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills.
  • Proven track record in implementing process improvement and skills development.
  • Quick thinker, problem solver and customer focused.

Salary: circa €60,000
