Territory Manager Off Trade
A Major Drinks company is looking for a Territory Manager in Off Trade.
This role will be responsible for managing and developing profitable sales volume and market share by managing brand development, merchandising and distribution targets for the territory. Generate profitable business.
Job Description:
- Achieve agreed business objectives for all products within agreed timeframes and in line with company goals with particular focus on merchandising, sales and distribution targets.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships including attendance at relevant events. Develop business plans with key customers to maximise profitable growth in territory.
- Identify opportunities to grow and secure new business for the territory in conjunction with brand developers and in line with commercial strategy, including some KAM responsiblities.
- Manage and coach brand developers to ensure clear guidelines are in place for call coverage, merchandising, brand visibility, sales and distribution targets for the brand developers working in the territory.
- Ensure all negotiated promotions are fully in place for specific periods in all branches of nominated key customers.
- Show initiative to actively develop journey plans with Business Development managers in line with customer based management system and account grading within the territory.
- Conduct business reviews and business presentations to customers to include portfolio selling, profit awareness and category management benefits.
- Effect plan-o-gram compliance in off licences as per head office agreements and commercial and category management teams, identifying and resolving non compliance.
This job is based out of Dublin and covers Dublin South, Kildare, and Wicklow. The salary is between 45k & 50k plus all benefits.
