Senior Sales Executive On Trade
Our client is a global FMCG Drinks Market leader looking for a Senior Sales Executive to manage a set of on-trade customers and the route to market for spirits to maximise volume, NSV, cash and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- This role reports to the On Trade Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full portfolio of products and brands within the territory.
- The role will manage on trade accounts on a journey-planned basis.
- A clear understanding of strategy for the on trade channel and route to market is important.
- The role requires close working with the quality, THT, key accounts and key support functions such as customer marketing.
Role Accountabilities:
- Achieve sales, market share, profit and distribution targets for individual sales territory in line with KPIs
- Develop customer relationships and a platform to support all activity within the territory.
- Build brands, sell and promote in line with strategy and codes.
- Excellent execution of brand activity within accounts
- Understand the importance of Quality and it's implications with regard to product and equipment.
Requirements:
- Excellent academic record.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is essential, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong numerical skills to analyse data, and understand the dynamics of pricing, margins and investment.
- Computer literacy essential.
- Full clean driving licence
- Flexible around working hours due to nature of role & need to attend promotions at night.
This job is based in Dublin and has a Salary Circa 50K basic Bonus Car Expenses Pension VHI.
