A National Electronics Company with a Mobile Division are looking for a Sales Trainer to cover Leinster, Connacht, and Munster. The mobile division are recruiting a Sales Trainer to support our ambitious plans and rapid growth within the Irish Market.
This trainer will represent the company throughout the Irish mobile telecoms sector, delivering a range of knowledge and skills based training programmes to ensure retail staff are prepared and equipped to promote the products in a skilled and effective manner. The ultimate objective will be to further support the growth of the company's sales and market share in the Irish market place.
The Sales Trainer role will cover one or some of the different regions of Connacht, Leinster and Munster. As a Sales Trainer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating field based product and technology training for designated retailers in your region.
Candidates will require a third level education, will ideally already be working in the telecoms, FMCG, or business to business markets for the last 2-3 years within a sales environment and be able to demonstrate that they are passionate about what they do.
We will also need you to possess strong interpersonal skills, tenacity that is second to none, be well organised with good time mangement skills, have boundless energy and a positive attitude.
