Sales Quality & Compliance Manager

Our client is a blue-chip brand operating in the entertainment area. They are seeking an experienced Sales Quality & Compliance Manager to work with their team in Dublin and help to drive quality and regulatory compliance within the various sales channels.

The Key Responsibilities of this role will be;

• Work with the various sales channels to map and document current sales processes
• Audit actual practices against agreed processes
• Identify risk areas throughout the sales process
• Work with key internal and external stakeholders to agree action plan and desired outcome
• Act as the ‘Go to’ person for advice and support on compliance issues that arise
• Develop strong partnerships with business stakeholders ensuring that they are briefed on quality and compliance performance
• Develop strong working relationships with both the Ireland and UK support teams in Legal, Sales & Marketing, call centre, Customer Group Projects and Business Information
