Sales Manager 

Our client is a leading brand in the entertainment and technology space.  They are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to drive their sales strategy across independent retailers in Ireland.  The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales through retail channels as well as developing the strategic business plan into the future.

Specific Responsibilities.

• Working with an existing Business Development Manager to develop and implement a strategy for increasing volume and performance through Retail Stores.
• Development of a strategy to increase sales volumes and improve KPI performance in partner retailer business’
• Build a strategic plan to create a team of Sales Advisors and Regional Managers across Retail stores throughout Ireland
• To set and deliver against sales targets, where necessary suggesting strategy for increasing volumes as required.
• To work with the Marketing and Operations teams on specific projects that will increase the effectiveness of the Retail channels.
