On Trade Sales Manager
Our client is a global FMCG Drinks Market leader and they are looking for an On Trade Sales Manager for the Dublin area.
This role reports to the National Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full portfolio of products and brands within the territory. This individual will be a key decision maker within the On Trade Leadership team.
You will be leading a team of 8 BDR's within the trade
The role requires close working with key support functions including Key Accounts, Sales Operations, Customer Marketing and Brand Marketing.
The role will also be responsible for managing A&P budgets for maximum return on budget.
Role Accountabilities:
- Achieve regional volume, NSV, and market share targets
- Lead, manage and coach BDRs to achieve their KPI's in volume, availability, visibility, quality, channel plan execution and call coverage. The Sales Manger needs to be fully capable in coaching the company's way in Selling
- Exemplify the Brand and functional capabilities and lead the team to drive a Winning Culture.
- Identify regional and local issues and opportunities, and develop and implement plans to address
Requirements:
- Strong academic record
- Minimum 5 years sales experience including at least 3 in a FMCG or related environment.
- At least 2 years people management experience (team leadership, cross functional team experience, project experience etc) or experience of managing complex key customer relationships.
- A track record of managing and leading change within own team.
- A track record of building and leveraging great relationships.
- Credibility and gravitas to influence senior management outside on-trade.
This job is based in Dublin and the Salary is a circa of 80K basic Bonus Car Expenses Pension VHI.
