This is a new role. Looking after Grocery and On Trade accounts at head office level.
The responsibilities of the National Account Manager are to develop and grow the volume and gross margin with the area of responsibility through account development, world class market execution and implementation of Joint Business Planning.
Finance
- Grow customer / channel profitability in line with the company plan
- Reduce any activity or any discounts that does not deliver improved customer performance in line with the company plan.
- Manage Lta's promotional pricing to deliver improvement in profitability
- Improve ARP by customer brand and pack in line with plan
Growth
- Grow volume by brands, channel and pack in line or above the company corporate plan
- Improve product availability, space and distribution of Blw brands.
- Grow NPI in line with company expectations
- Grow Customer service levels to 99%
Productivity
- Improve outlet reporting which enables quicker and better business decisions
- Improve forecasting
- Improve outlet execution by always delivering world class implementation
Enablement
- Build personal capability by developing new skill that allow for career improvement and better Customer management
- Demonstrate passion, commitment and live the companies values
