Key Account Manager

Our Client is a world Leading FMCG blue chip company looking for a strong experienced individual for the Convenience Channel.  Ideally you should be operating at Key Account Manager or Category Manager level.

  • Development of channel and key customer account plans in TH
  • Achievement of  targets for forecast/budget Revenue, volume, TC, MC & ARP in TH (per ltr)
  • Management of  discounts and trade spend to forecast in TH
  • Delivery of forecast on time and accurately in TH
  • Deliver of great JBP's  that deliver customer forecast revenue and MC

 

Winning performance

  • Delivery of forecast / budget Revenue, TC, MC ARP/ Volume Ltrs
  • Delivery of Key customer  TC , MC in TH
  • Control of cost, pricing and trade spend and overheads in TH

  • Implement JBP's that deliver  TC, MC and improved ARP through better customer performance in TH
  • Implement process improvement that reduces cost to serve key customer
  • Development of cost effective and insight driven  promotional plans in conjunction with Customer Trade Marketing and insight team
  • Development of optimum range of new and core product listing in each account in TH

  • In conjunction with the Sales operations team and customer logistics ensure that key customers receive the appropriate servicing levels
  • Demonstrate passion, vision and enthusiasm to the customer
  • Operate Siebel / BW to the maximum levels and achieve best in class system management

Skills & Experience

  • 5 years sales experience ideally in FMCG customer management.
  • Degree in a business related area. (Relevant experience may qualify)
  • Good knowledge of beverage industry, products, channels and competition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
