Spirits Marketing Manager
Our client, a major global blue chip drinks company with key brands within the Irish Market, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the marketing program within a core part of their business.
Role Profile:
- Champion the brand within the organisation
- Build strong partnership with appropriate external agencies
- Lead the planning process for key brands, and develop major strategic documents (Three Year Plan, Brand Plans, Brand Reviews)
- Working with consumer insight manager, understand consumer and brand and identify key issues, insights and implications for planning purposes and activities that deliver against objectives
- Initiate and manage ATL - Advertising, Digital & PR - projects
- Initiate and manage media plan with focus on digital and driving innovation within the plan
- Initiate and manage below-the-line - on-trade and events (extensive sampling programme), off-trade, and secondary packaging - projects
- Assess the effectiveness of activities and report conclusions and recommendations to wider team
- Where needed establish research objectives for brand, working with Consumer Insight Manager and have the ability to translate findings into workable business solutions
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager preferably with Drinks experience.
This role is based in Dublin and the Salary is 55K - 70K plus 10% bonus, profit share, car allowance, DC pension scheme, medical scheme and product allowance scheme.
