Online Marketing Manager

A Major Online Company is looking to recruit an Online Marketing Manager for their Dublin offices.

Job Profile:

• Reporting to the Managing Director of this progressive and established Company, you will manage all the marketing function.
• Market research to assess short/long term trends, market sizes and market segments with a goal of expanding this online brand in existing markets as well as identifying new market opportunities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics to engage this progressive online brands customers and prospects - driving new website registrations as well as driving buyer activity for brands activities.
• Plan, place and assess the effectiveness of all online and offline advertising campaigns
• Plan, create, execute and assess the effectiveness of email and direct mail campaigns
• Plan, execute and assess live events
• Plan, execute and asses public relations initiatives
• Maintain and develop contacts with professionals across the industry including partners, media and thought leaders
• Provide regular updates on progress towards attainment of strategic goals
• Management of external agencies and partners as required to support product and service marketing activities
• As required provide input on other the brands outgoing communications, i.e. presentations, collateral, web content, case studies, etc.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of marketing experience
• Experience working in an international environment
• Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign development and production of online and offline marketing programs, market research and PR, as well as measuring their effectiveness
• Written communications experience, excellent writing skills
• Project management skills and ability to work autonomously, but also a strong team player
• Self-starter - drive and determination to succeed, results-oriented
• Positive attitude - enthusiasm and vigor
• Persistent but pragmatic: willing to be flexible and adaptable to change
• Team player

This job is based in Dublin and the Salary is €75k.
