Our client is a global blue chip brand owner with mainstream licenced brands on an international platform.
- Develop global Marketing Strategies for Key Brands
- Draft Marketing plans for key brands, in line with the overall strategies
- Analyse and monitor competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage the development of all communications and incentive campaigns and other support materials:(Advertising, Packaging, Promotions, PR etc)
- Manage the central marketing budgets
- Develop global NPD strategies for both brands (Lead and liaise with the technical team)
- Develop strong relationships with Distributors (Lead and liaise with Marketing teams across all markets)
- Liaise with the Regional Directors in managing and developing markets
- Support Regional Directors in markets with distributors (as necessary)
- Commission qualitative market research - as required
- Co-ordinate quantitative research across markets
Key requirements:
- Min 5 years brand /product management experience with a clear passion for marketing and brands.
- Honours Degree
- Planning & strategic skills
- Experience in developing marketing strategies
- Project management experience
- Strong financial & analytical ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships comfortably.
- Good communicator
- High level of IT proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Languages helpful (not essential).
