Our Client is a Global player in the super premium drinks spirits market looking for a Global Marketing Manager for the Dublin area.  This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a team that is uniquely creative and pioneering.

Responsibilities:

To work with the Global Brand Director in developing the brand strategy and shaping and delivering well-executed programmes that drive consumer commitment, profitably grow premium variants share and achieve performance measures identified in the strategic plan.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategy for growth and work with regional marketing teams to develop effective local market brand plans, ensuring that brands initiatives and best practice are shared
  • Work with Regional Marketing Teams to build greater brand awareness and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Through consumer interaction drive for deeper consumer understanding to unlock new insights about these consumer groups that will deliver growth
  • Develop and implement brand growth drivers that positively impact attitudes and behaviours including advertising, PR, sponsorship, experiential marketing programmes and trade marketing programmes
  • Monitor and evaluate competitive activity and brand health, making key recommendations that keep us on our planned growth trajectory and share best practices
  • Ensure the agreed pricing strategy is applied whilst participating in innovation and renovations that maximises share of the market
  • Effective management of marketing budgets to ensure all targets are met

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, in a marketing business or related subject with strong supporting work experience
  • Strong background in marketing communications from brief to measurement and evaluation with an emphasis on advertising, brand PR and / or experiential marketing
  • Experience of developing and delivering effective annual brand plans through local market teams
  • Strong project management skills and experience in working with agencies and stakeholders to deliver marketing tools and activities

 

This role is based in Dublin and the Salary starts at 70K to 80K basic 30% bonus  car allowance  all usual benefits.
