Our Client is a Global player in the super premium drinks spirits market looking for a Global Brand Manager. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a team that is uniquely creative and pioneering.

Responsiblities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the brand strategy for growth in conjunction with the brand and local marketing teams
  • Develop and deliver growth drivers in keeping with the defined brand strategy to positively impact consumer attitudes and behaviours
  • Work closely with local market teams to review market performance and provide local markets with appropriate information and materials to drive the brand locally
  • Monitor and evaluate competitive activity, making key recommendations that keep the brand on its planned value growth trajectory
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships in local markets, operations and central functions necessary to achieve brand ambitions
  • Effective management of marketing budgets to ensure all targets are met

 Must Haves:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, in a marketing business or related subject with supporting work experience
  • Strong experience of leading brand building marketing programmes in local and international markets and supporting the brand planning process
  • Strong project management skills and experience in working with agencies and stakeholders to deliver marketing tools and activities.
  • Has a confident proactive approach and is consistently reliable in delivery
  • Self motivated to get things done whilst being supportive of others in the team
  • Creative thinker, suggesting viable new ideas, concepts and approaches
  • Self reliant and has the interpersonal skills to interact at all levels of the business

This role is based in Dublin and the Salary starts at 50 to 60Kbasic 20% bonus all usual benefits.
