Customer Manager Pharmacy 70k

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Ireland’s leading FMCG companies as Customer Manager for the Pharmacy Channel. You will be responsible for the delivery of revenue, profits and joint business plans across allocated categories.   

Key Responsibilities 

• Delivery of turnover, customer profitability and budgets within allocated categories
• Day to day relationship management at buyer level
• Creation and execution of category specific Joint Business Plans
• Work cross functionally with customer marketing on activation within allocated budgets
• Provision of clear up to date inputs to business processes & planning
• Manage inputs into the promotional planning process and forecasting within designated categories.
• Manage pricing and terms of trade across categories
• Produce and execute category specific Joint Customer Business Plan

Key Experience & Qualifications

• Business / Marketing Degree
• Very strong commercial acumen
• Track record in customer account management within FMCG
• Good negotiation skills and experience of managing categories
• Consistent delivery of high quality results
• Ability to build and leverage customer relationships
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
